The Team Behind The Dream
An extraordinary project requires an extraordinary team and those charting a course for Lēva Living bring a combination of construction and development expertise.
Robert (Bobby) C. Orr, Jr.
CEO & Co-Founder
Bobby Orr’s roots in the acquisition and development of real estate properties in the Greater Houston area can be traced to his prior service as Vice President in separate engagements with two of the region’s most prestigious firms. Following those successful associations with Wulfe & Company and Moody-Ramblin Interests, respectively, this University of Texas grad founded Orr Realty Corporation to provide brokerage, leasing, and development services for his Houston area clients as well as himself. Since its founding in 1999, Orr Commercial has developed and/or owns and manages over 1,000,000 SF of retail space with an aggregate value of $500 million.
Jennifer Orr
President & Co-Founder
Following her graduation from The University of Texas at Austin, Jennifer moved to Washington, D.C. to pursue a career in commercial real estate brokerage with Lincoln Property Company. As her knowledge of the retail and office leasing arenas grew, she quickly established a specialty in securing niche leasing deals for Lincoln with both US and international firms. In 2018, Jennifer added experience in the hospitality field to her growing professional pedigree with her work on the city operations team for Sonder, a global tech-enabled hospitality company. As Hospitality Team Lead, Jennifer led the day-to-day hospitality operations in the Washington, D.C. market and played a vital role in the onboarding of new properties. In concert with her Lēva Living responsibilities, Jennifer is currently pursuing her MBA at UCLA.
